Terms of Service Viral Vault Picks — operated by NEID LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Last updated: October 20, 2026. 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from viralvaultpicks.com (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. 2. Products and Pricing We strive to display products, prices, and availability accurately. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. 3. Orders and Payment Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout; your payment information is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. 4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are fulfilled by our trusted supply partners and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days for standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns and Refunds Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 6. 12. Promotions & DiscountsViral Vault Picks runs promotions, discount codes, and seasonal sales (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other holiday sales) throughout the year. Promotional prices and discount codes apply only during the stated promotion window and only to the products identified in the promotion. Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise: discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers; a code must be entered at checkout to apply; and a promotion does not apply retroactively to orders placed before the promotion began or after it ends. Prices shown on a product page at the time of checkout are the prices that apply to that order. We may correct pricing or promotion errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund, where an error is identified. Gift cards are not discountable and promotional discounts do not apply to gift card purchases.
