ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES - DELIVERY, IN PLAIN TERMS
Most items are delivered within 7 days, and typical delivery is 7-12 days from the date of order. Every product page states the delivery window for that item; where a product page states a different window (a small number of items take 15-30 days), the window on that product's page is the one that applies to it. Delivery windows are good-faith estimates based on our suppliers' confirmed dispatch times and carrier performance, and they include processing and dispatch.

HOW DELIVERY RISK IS HANDLED - IT SITS WITH OUR SUPPLIERS, NOT WITH YOU
If a supplier cancels an order, the supplier refunds it in full under its guarantee, and that refund goes to you in full.
Before your order ships, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.
If your item is late but still moving in tracking, we notify you proactively and add a goodwill store credit of 10% of the item's price to your account. A late-but-arriving item is not refunded in cash and is not reshipped.
If your item is lost, or has not arrived 15 days after the end of its stated window, our supplier's delivery guarantee pays out - a full refund or a reshipment, covered by the supplier. We file and pursue that claim on your behalf.

HOW WE KEEP THIS PROMISE
A product is sold here only while its supplier carries a delivery guarantee (such as AliExpress guaranteed-delivery or Trade Assurance) covering cancellation refunds and lost or overdue delivery. Products are checked daily; any product whose guarantee lapses is treated as unavailable and is paused from sale until it qualifies again - so delivery risk is never quietly transferred to you.

MULTIPLE ITEMS / SEPARATE PACKAGES
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages, at different times, from different origin locations. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. Any shipping promotions (such as free shipping) will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it, as it can take time for carriers to scan packages into their systems.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
For orders shipped internationally, including to addresses outside the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. ViralVaultPicks.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have questions.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ViralVaultPicks.com is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. Address changes requested after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, as this is often where "lost" packages are located. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file the supplier or carrier claim on your behalf and resolve the matter under the delivery-guarantee terms above and our Refund Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
You may cancel at any time before your order ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the delivery protections set out above apply. Address or item changes requested after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralVaultPicks.com and NEID LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to shipping or delivery of an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the item(s) in question. In no event shall ViralVaultPicks.com or NEID LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or non-delivery.
